A premium quality dry red wine is made from hand-selected "Saperavi" grape variety grown at Chelti Vineyards. 2018 was a special harvest for our winery. Due to climate conditions, we have picked a small quantity, but the highest quality of grapes. The fermentation occurred with wild yeast, in order to avoid loss of aromas and varietal features in wine. The wine has a dark cherry color with rich flavors of blackberry, cherry and black plum. It has great potential for aging.
